Smoking is absolutely prohibited inside the premises. Please go outside to the backyard where an ashtray is provided to smoke.
Dogs and cats are the only pets allowed. The apartment is limited to 2 pets. Please be aware there are size restrictions. Only small to medium dogs and cats allowed.
There is a daily pet fee of R100 per pet.
The accommodations are charged per night. Included in these amounts are the use of all amenities, utilities, WiFi, pet fees if applicable and basic cleaning services before and after guests stays.
There is no baby equipment such as prams, high chairs or baby baths available. Any and all equipment necessary to care for them is the parents' responsibiliy.
Yes! Bedding, towels and wash cloths are provided for the maximum number of guests allowed.
We do not provide meals. All of the accommodations are self-catering. Guests must stock up on their ingredients for cooking.
Currenly only bank transfer payments are accepted. Once a booking request is confirmed, the dates and amount of payment due along with our banking details will follow.
Check-in is from 15:00 onwards and check-out is strictly at 10am. Please be aware penalties will be imposed for late check-outs.
